The Maxwell flash drive contains a large amount of research on the descendants of John McDowell Maxwell (1788 – 1859) assembled by descendant Roger Avery Stubbs (RAS). Most of this material consists of pages photographed by a computer camera. The WHCPA Maxwell and Turnham files were scanned on a flatbed scanner. The scanned pages also include metadata added to aid in computer photo program searching.
The WHCPA operates a physical museum of pioneer artifacts and family history files of local families. RAS was instrumental in the formation of the museum and the vast local family archive collection.
